Description

The TW-ALA-HD amplifiers process DBS transponders for coaxial cable distribution. Automatic level control circuitry provides a constant -1dBm & -5dBm output power over a 20dB input range. The input range compensates for installation variables like tap value and cable distance. The -1dBm & -5dBm output level works well in amplifier cascades. Gain is complemented with 10dB of slope compensation. Model TW-ALA-HD Auto Level Satellite IF Distribution Amplifier includes a power supply, an internal diplexer to power the LNB. The ON/OFF switch control the LNB power from RF input port, The led indicates the LNB to be powered from RF input. Diode steered powering allows the amp to be powered from the power connector or either input or output "F" connector.
